Solaray Calcium and Magnesium AAC Capsules: This is CHELATED calcium and magnesium. This is the one I recommend. The chelation makes it absorb so much better than non-chelated, so you get more good use out of it. This brand is in capsules, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, you can open the capsule and mix in a little yogurt or other food.

Country Life - Chelated Magnesium: Sometimes you need a little extra magnesium by itself (not buffered with calcium). Ask your midwife why!

Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray: Sometimes trans-dermal magnesium is better than oral magnesium supplementation. I recommend you use gloves if you rub this around on your skin - you don't want to accidentally get some in your eye!
