Personal Midwifery Care
With active and busy families of our own, we understand your lifestyle. We provide personalized midwifery care and customized birth plans to the homebirth families of southwest Missouri. In all of our packages, the midwife is available 24 / 7, including phone access and direct e-mailing.* Our concierge-style model makes certain your time, family, and quality of care are a priority. From the premium package with all in-home visits to the basic budget package, we work to help each client achieve the birth they want.
- Dedicated Access
- Telephone access, including after-hours and weekend access, to a staff midwife.
- Appointments during regular hours for routine visits. Additional fees at a special rate evening/weekend visits for special concerns, and night/holiday rates for urgent concerns. This means that if you are concerned about mastitis and baby is not latching, even if it is 9pm on a Saturday night, we can still come to your home and assist you.
- Personalized Attention
- Prenatal visits when and where required: at your home or office, or other location.
- Exceptional Service
- Our staff handles billing of your insurance (all insurance must be verified) or Healthcare Sharing Ministry (HSM), helps with FMLA forms and other paperwork.
- Our midwives see a limited number of clients, allowing them to get to know you as an individual, and become thoroughly familiar with your history and healthcare needs. This also allows you to have longer, more detailed prenatal visits and develop a strong relationship with your midwife.

This package is our best package, and includes includes up to 12 routine prenatal checkups in the client's home, one prenatal panel blood test, one glucose test, one Group B Strep test, one CBC blood test, birth pool rental, routine labor & delivery in client’s home, and 5 routine postpartum checkups in client’s home. Non-routine visits cost extra.

Basic
This package includes everything in Package A, the difference is that the prenatal visits and final postpartum visit are in our office instead of the client's home. It includes includes up to 12 routine prenatal checkups in the office, one prenatal panel blood test, one glucose test, one Group B Strep test, one CBC blood test, birth pool rental, routine labor & delivery in client’s home, 4 routine postpartum checkups in client’s home, and 1 final postpartum visit in the office. Non-routine visits cost extra.

*We are usually available 24/7. However, it is within the realm of possibility that all of our staff may be unavailable at the time of your call. Simultaneous births, illness, injury, power outages, phone service outages, and emergencies may lead to a delay in our response. Our plan to assist you in this kind of situation will be to either help you over the phone (if you are not in labor), to send a back-up midwife to help you, or to advise you to activate your emergency back-up plan. Please discuss this with us if you have any concerns.
